Yan is originally from Pigeon Hill NB and graduated from the Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage (ACTM) in 2019. Yan has refined his skills towards his interest of competitive sports, following a background in the QMJHL. Yan has completed his Sports Certification from the ACTM on top of post graduate courses such as a Kinesio Taping course, Cupping course and IASTM(Rock blade).
